We require our tenants to have the following:
- Gross monthly income of 2 1/2 to 3 times the monthly rent.
- One year of good credit with no collections or bankruptcies. We are working with people who have had a foreclosure or short sale; otherwise, your credit needs to be in good standing for the past year. If you have had a bankruptcy, it needs to have a discharge date of at least one year old and one year of re-established credit.
- One year of rental or home ownership history.
- There is a $30.00 application fee for everyone over the age of 18.
